Pinky Betroot Spread

Pinky Beetroot Spread

While I am writing this post, I am enjoying this funky treat myself. My new Pinky Beetroot Spread is full of wonderful vitamins, energy and has an incredible taste.

As I bought more of the this beautiful vegetable, I made my older Lovely Beetroot Salad Recipe to accompany it with even more beetroot specials. Check it out and have yourself a pinky day!

I’ve got inspired in my Slovak favourite cooking show and I just had to go to a store and treat myself to it straight away: the combination of Beetroot Spread with cream cheese, Parmesan and fresh horseradish is to die for. It makes you feel good and fresh. As it was advised in the show, yummier bite is with rolled and chilled tortilla. Refrigerate and slice into heaven. YES!
