Rich Surimi Salad

Rich Surimi Salad

Maybe you belong to such cocky foodies as myself. For me personally, surimi is a lame imitation of good quality crab meat and you can find it in so many places. My personal irritation rises when seafood pasta in Italian restaurants consists of surimi sticks. However, the sticks themselves may differ a lot. That’s why I recommend you to look at the content. In countries where I live, the real stuff of a delicious crab meat, is less than affordable. Therefore, today I downgrade myself to a luxurious snack - Rich Surimi Salad.

This salad can be served as an easy lunch or a side dish to Fish and Chips, chicken drumsticks or wings. In my family it has always been served as Sunday’s appetizer. Enjoy!
