Anything smoked is beautiful, whether it is meat or fish. The smoked trout is awesome just by itself, but smoked trout spread tastes incredibly good.
I present you an easy spread, ideal for any kind of bread or canapé, which brings any party to a different level. The smoked trout spread can be also served on the leaves of green salad, no limits to imagination. Bon appetite!
Total Time: 10 minutes
125g of smoked trout, torn in pieces
100g of Philadelphia Cheese
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
2 medium cornichons, finely chopped
Juice from ½ of lemon
A pinch of ground black pepper
Place all the ingredients (trout, cheese, mayonnaise and cornichons) into a blender. Season with pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice.
The rest of lemon you can use for a refreshing lemonade (sparkling mineral water, lemon, 1 tablespoon of honey and ice cubes).
